Deliver the goods at the place of delivery.

If the place of delivery is not clearly agreed upon in advance by the seller and the buyer, it may be settled through negotiation.

If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, the place of delivery may be determined in accordance with the relevant terms of the contract or the trading practices.
In the case of movable property, if negotiation fails and the place of delivery cannot be determined in accordance with the contract or trade practice, delivery shall be made at the place of the seller; In the case of real property, it should be delivered at the place where the real property is located.
