The buyer is obliged to receive the goods on time. If the buyer fails to receive the goods on time and causes losses to the seller, the buyer shall compensate the seller.

If both parties agree on liquidated damages for late receipt, the buyer shall pay liquidated damages as agreed. It should also be noted that in the case of the buyer's delay in receiving the goods, the buyer shall bear all losses incurred from the date of delivery agreed by the parties.
