Who Should be Responsible for the Quality Problems After the Acceptance of Delivery?

If the seller and the buyer agree on a period for the inspection of the goods, the buyer shall notify the seller of the non-conformity of the quantity or quality of the goods during the inspection period. If the buyer fails to give timely notice, the quantity or quality of the goods shall be deemed to be in conformity with the agreement of the parties.

If the seller knows or should know that the goods supplied are not in conformity with the contract, the notice time limit set forth above shall not apply to the buyer.
