What are the Consequences of Failure to Pay or Deliver to a Third Party?

The party liable constitutes a breach of contract to the other party of the contract but does not constitute a breach to a third party.
In accordance with the law, if the buyer and the seller agree that the buyer shall make payment to the third party designated by the seller, but the buyer fails to make payment to such third party. Such situation shall be deemed as the buyer's breach of contract and the buyer shall be liable to the seller for breach of contract.
