The seller shall obtain delivery instructions from the buyer before making delivery to a third party designated by the buyer as agreed. The delivery instructions shall include the following information: 1. The name of the consignee; 2. Identity card or business license of the consignee; 3. Consignee's address, telephone number, email address, etc. After receiving the buyer's delivery instructions, the seller may deliver the goods to a third party. Prior to delivery, the consignee shall be notified in advance to verify relevant information and to communicate with the consignee on matters related to the delivery of goods.

The buyer shall obtain payment instructions from the seller before making payment to a third party designated by the seller. Payment instructions shall include the following information: 1. The name of the payee; 2. Identity card or business license of the payee; 3. Payee 's bank account number; 4. Payee's address, telephone number, email address, etc.
